DESCRIPTION: A two-tiered purple coneflower. A German selection with shorter petals on top of the cone and a 'skirt' of deep, rose pink petals at the base. May produce single flowers in the first year. From then on, they reliably produce double blooms. Full sun and well-drained soils. Drought tolerant once established.
