A robust and vigorous bicolor baptisia with handsome, blue-green foliage. Three-year-old plants produce upwards of 100 flowering stems, covered with deep violet-purple flowers highlighted by lemon-yellow keels. Long-lasting blooms begin flowering in late May and continuing through the first few weeks of June. Good cut flower. Drought tolerant once established. From the breeding program at the Chicago Botanic Garden and introduced by Chicagoland Grows®.
