Botanical Name
Cotoneaster adpressus 'Tom Thumb'

Common Name
Tom Thumb Creeping Cotoneaster

Tom Thumb has a unique appeal due to its shiny miniature leaves and the herring bone pattern of its branches. This dwarf variety will eventually spread to 6í and self-root where limbs touch the ground. Although it rarely bears fruit, the stunning red fall color is reward enough. Looks spectacular in a rock garden. Prefers dry soil and full sun.
