SDSU Equals or exceeds Beta in hardiness. Matures earlier and has an improved quality over Beta. A blue grape, attractive, well filled, average 4 inches in length. Vine productive, annual bearer. Berries are round, up to 1/2" in diameter. Free of astringency, skin does not adhere to flesh. Most appropriate for the Dakotas and points further west.(Zone 3-8)
