A Lacecap Hydrangea with disc-shaped flowers and fertile tiny perfect flowers in the center and much larger sterile male flowers on the outer ring. Flowers are a rich blue color in acid soils, otherwise they will turn lilac-pink. Will tolerate partial shade.
